Everything below comes standard. Upgrade packages are available in three levels and two palettes — ask for the design studio book.

Some features are upgrades and are not included in base pricing. Whirlpool refrigerator on select homes. Kitchen island on select plans.
Every home is complete as it stands. Beyond that, three packages step up the kitchen, the fixtures and the lighting — and each level is offered in two color palettes, chosen at the design studio.
Aristokraft Elkins cabinetry, quartz kitchen counters, a full Whirlpool gas kitchen, Moen fixtures in chrome, dual-zone climate control and a garage that opens from your phone. The cabinet color follows the palette you choose.
Where the daily surfaces change. Moen Genta and Glyde fixtures in brushed nickel over undermount basins, a frameless glass shower enclosure in the primary bath, and endless hot water from a Navien condensing tankless system.
Brellin cabinetry in white, and lighting that stops looking builder-grade — Bolden sconces flanking the bath mirrors, a wide-blade fan in the great room, and black lanterns at the doors.
Brellin cabinetry in Sarsaparilla woodgrain and a KitchenAid kitchen — a five-burner gas range and a thirty-six inch refrigerator. The top of the range at Hillcrest.
Palette A and Palette B set the cabinet, counter, tile and flooring combination. Both are available at Standard and at all three upgrade levels, so the package and the palette are separate choices.
Shaw carpet and wide-plank luxury vinyl, Daltile Perpetuo porcelain, a Marazzi picket-mosaic kitchen backsplash, quartz kitchen counters over a laminated edge, and Aristokraft cabinetry with matte black door and drawer hardware.
